摘 要:传统中药汤剂作为我国优秀的非物质文化遗产,其煎煮技法与使用器具不可分割,煎药具起到至关重要的作用。本文以医药文献中的汤剂为切入点,古代陶瓷煎药具为主要研究对象,点明以陶瓷作药具的优势。探索药铫、药铛、药煲、药壶在造型和功能上的异同点;厘清唐至清代漫长演变进程中煎药具各器型在发展期、繁荣期、衰退期的具体表现;辨析古代煎药器具中独特的医药价值与文化内涵。As an excellent intangible cultural heritage of China,the decoction technique of traditional Chinese medicine soup is inseparable from the use of utensils,and the decoction utensils play a crucial role.In this paper,we take the soups in the medical literature as the entry point and the ancient ceramic decoction utensils as the main research object,pointing out the advantages of 1using ceramics as medicinal utensils.Explore the similarities and differences in the shapes and functions of diao,cheng.pot,and jug,clarify the specific performance of each type of decoction apparatus in the development,prosperity,and decline periods during the long evolution process from the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty;and analyze the unique medicinal values and cultural connotations of ancient decoction apparatuses.
