摘　　要：本文总结1例肝癌患者放治疗期间的疼痛管理经验。护理人员积极评估患者疼痛程度和性质,了解患者需求,针对性给予药物镇痛、心理支持、饮食干预、健康宣教、运动指导等护理措施,有效减轻患者疼痛,提高生活质量。This paper summarized the pain management during radiotherapy in a patient with liver cancer.Nurses had conducted comprehensive assessments on pain and health needs of the patient,and carried out pain control strategy through drug intervention,psychology support,diet guidance,lifestyle guidance and exercise,aiming to relieving the pain and improve patient’s quality of life.
