摘 要:基于一系列扩大内需、产业结构优化和就业矛盾调整等宏观政策组合拳的发展效应,当前我国整体经济回升呈现向好势头,劳动力市场趋于相对活跃状态。然而,面对应届毕业生总量与增量激增、就业结构性矛盾依旧存在等现况,高校应届毕业生在求职就业过程中仍面临重大的困难和挑战。因此,本文将对高校应届毕业生常见的就业现状与特点进行分析,揭示存在的原因,着重从大学生求职、面试、就职三个阶段进行深入阐述,提供解决就业的思路与对策。Based on the development effects of a series of macro-policy combinations,such as expanding domestic demand,optimizing industrial structure and adjusting employment contradiction,the overall economic recovery of our country shows a good momentum,and the labor market tends to be relatively active.However,faced with the current situation that the total and increment of fresh graduates increase sharply,and the structural contradiction of employment still exists,fresh graduates still face great difficulties and challenges in the process of seeking employment.Therefore,this article will analyze the common employment situation and characteristics of college graduates,reveal the reasons for the existence,focus on an in-depth elaboration from three stages of college students'job-hunting,interview,and employment,and finally provide solutions tor the employment of ideas and countermeasures.
