新工科核心素养视域下大学生社会适应与职业规划能力的关系——职业价值观的中介作用

摘　　要：在新工科核心素养视域下,为探索社会适应能力对大学生职业生涯规划的影响,及职业价值观在两者之间的中介作用,本研究利用社会适应能力量表、职业规划能力量表、职业价值观量表,采用方便抽样的方法,对562名工科大学生进行调查研究。结果显示:(1)社会适应、职业规划、职业价值观三者之间呈两两显著相关。(2)职业价值观在社会适应和职业生涯规划之间起显著的中介效应。(3)在工科大学生的培养过程中,着重考虑他们在社会适应、职业规划以及职业价值观等能力方面的培养,将有助于促进他们核心素养的全面发展。From the perspective of new engineering core qualities,in order to explore the impact of social adaptability on college students'career planning and the mediating role of professional values between them,this study used the social adaptability scale,career planning ability scale and professional values scale to conduct a survey and research on 562 engineering college students by convenient sampling method.The results showed that:(1)Social adaptation,career planning and career values were significantly correlated.(2)Occupational values have a significant mediating effect between social adaptation and career planning.(3)In the training process of engineering college students,emphasis should be placed on the cultivation of their abilities in social adaptation,career planning and professional values,which will help promote the all-round development of their core qualities.
