摘  要:采用羟氨基聚醚D-2800作为改性剂,使用液化二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚醚等材料制备防水涂料试样。试验发现:添加22%羟氨基聚醚D-2800的试样可以保持较高的拉伸强度及耐冲击性,且该涂料在水压渗透测试过程中水汽渗透率较低、抗渗性较强,在冻融循环测试过程中可以保持较低的质量损失与储能模量损失,在不同腐蚀介质的腐蚀下,可以保持较强的耐腐蚀性。可选用羟氨基聚醚D-2800含量为22%的聚脲复合改性防水涂料进行屋面防水施工。Using hydroxylamine polyether D-2800 as a modifier,waterproof coating samples were prepared using liquefied MDI,hydroxyl terminated polyether,and other materials.It was found that,the sample with 22%hydroxylamine polyether D-2800 added can maintain high tensile strength and impact resistance.Moreover,the coating has low water vapor permeability and strong impermeability during water pressure penetration testing,and can maintain low mass loss and storage modulus loss during freeze-thaw cycle testing.Under different corrosive media,it can maintain strong corrosion resistance.For this purpose,polyurea composite modified waterproof coating with a 22%content of hydroxylamine polyether D-2800 can be used for building roof waterproofing construction.
