摘 要:土工膜具有防渗性能高、适应差异沉降大等特点,常被用作水库库盆防渗结构。土工膜与其上下垫层材料之间的拉拔力学特性是影响防渗成败的关键因素。详细介绍了传统土工膜拉拔试验设备及原理,阐述了计算公式中存在的误差问题;改进了土工膜拉拔试验系统,就改进前后的试验结果进行对比分析,表明传统方法得到的土工膜的拉拔摩擦名义强度比改进后得到的拉拔摩擦真实强度偏低;并从理论角度入手,对拉拔摩擦强度计算公式予以修正。修正后的土工膜拉拔摩擦强度计算公式能够在不改变传统试验方法的基础上,得出土工膜拉拔作用下的真实拉拔摩擦强度。Geomembrane is often used as anti-seepage structure of reservoir basin due to its high anti-seepage performance and large differential settlement.The pull-out mechanical properties between geomembrane and its upper and lower cushion materials are the key factors affecting the success or failure of seepage control.This article introduced the traditional geomembrane pull-out test equipment and principle,and explained the error problems in the calculation formula.Improved the geomembrane pull-out test system,and compared and analyzed the test results before and after the improvement.The results showed that the nominal tensile friction strength of the geotextile obtained by the traditional method was lower than the true tensile friction strength obtained by the improved method.Then the formula for calculating the tensile friction strength was revised from theoretical perspective.The revised formula for calculating the tensile friction strength of geomembrane can obtain the real tensile friction strength of geomembrane under tensile action without changing the traditional testing method.
