发泡陶瓷保温板网格布增强构造试验研究

摘  要:采用玄武岩网格布、耐碱玻璃纤维网格布分别与水泥基胶粘剂组合形成网格布增强构造,并对发泡陶瓷保温板的双面采用网格布增强构造进行增强,对未采用和采用网格布增强构造发泡陶瓷保温板的弯曲性能进行对比研究。结果表明:影响网格布增强构造增强效果的主要因素是网格布的网孔尺寸;网格布增强构造可大幅度提高发泡陶瓷保温板的承载力、变形能力和抗折强度;网格布增强构造改变了发泡陶瓷保温板的脆性破坏形态,达到防止保温板坠落的目的。Basalt mesh cloth and alkali resistant glass fiber mesh cloth were combined with cement-based adhesive respectively to form a mesh cloth reinforcement structure,and the double-sided foamed ceramic insulation panels was reinforced with mesh cloth reinforcement structure.The bending performance of foamed ceramic insulation panels without and with mesh cloth reinforcement structure was compared and studied.The test results show that the main effect of grid cloth enhancement structure is the mesh size of the grid cloth.The enhanced structure of grid cloth can greatly improve the bearing capacity,deformation ability and flexural strength of foamed ceramic insulation panels.The grid cloth strengthens the brittle failure form of the foamed ceramic insulation panels,and finally realizes the purpose of falling prevention.
