摘  要:研究了不同清理方案对不同目标孔隙率固废型透水混凝土渗透性能的影响,测试了高压冲洗时冲洗压力、冲洗角度、清理方式等清理方案对目标孔隙率15%、20%、25%固废型透水混凝土孔隙的清理效果。结果表明,当冲洗压力为20 MPa时,3种目标孔隙率的固废型透水试件孔隙堵塞均恢复较好;目标孔隙率15%的试件冲洗角度30°时的清理效果较好,目标孔隙率20%、25%的试件,冲洗角度40°~60°更合适;组合清理方案效果略优于仅高压冲洗,但效果并不明显;清理顺序对透水性能的恢复效果影响较大,先20 MPa高压冲洗后0.05 MPa真空抽吸对孔隙恢复效果更好。In order to compare the influence of different cleaning schemes on the permeability performance of solid waste pervious concrete with different target porosity,this paper tested the cleaning effects of cleaning schemes such as washing pressure,washing angles,and cleaning method on the pores of solid waste pervious concrete with three different target porosity of 15%,20%,25%under different pressure values.The results show that when the water pressure is increased to 20 MPa,the pore clogging of the three kinds of solid waste permeable samples with target porosity can be recovered well.For the solid waste permeable specimen with target porosity of 15%,the cleaning effect when washing angle of 30°is appropriate.For solid waste permeable specimen with target porosity of 20%and 25%,the washing angle of 40°~60°is more suitable.The effect of the combined cleaning scheme is slightly better than that of high pressure flushing,but the effect is not obvious.The cleaning sequence has a significant impact on the recovery effect of permeability,and the pore recovery effect is better after 20 MPa high-pressure flushing and 0.05 MPa vacuum suction.
