摘 要:为研究硫酸盐侵蚀作用下新型超轻混凝土的劣化特性,测试了不同温度和硫酸盐浓度下新型超轻混凝土质量变化率、线膨胀率、抗压强度、微观结构及硫酸根离子分布的变化。结果表明,新型超轻混凝土的质量变化率和线膨胀率均随着硫酸盐浓度的增加而增大,随着温度升高先增大后减小;随着硫酸盐侵蚀时间延长,新型超轻混凝土抗压强度先提高后降低,随着温度升高和硫酸盐浓度减小,抗压强度提高,抗压强度变化率增大;硫酸根离子在传输过程中会出现“对流区”,随着侵蚀深度的增大,硫酸根离子含量迅速减小,之后逐渐趋于稳定;随着温度升高和硫酸盐浓度减小,在相同深度处硫酸根离子含量减少。To obtain the degradation characteristics of new ultra-lightweight cement composite subjected to sulfate attack,this paper investigated the changes in mass change rate,linear expansion rate,compressive strength,microstructure and sulfate ion distribution under different temperature and sulfate concentration.The results show that the mass change rate and linear expansion rate increase with the increase of sulfate concentration,but they increase first and then decrease with the increase of temperature.The compressive strength increases first and then decreases with then prolong of sulfate attack time,and the compressive strength and change rate increase with the increase of temperature and the decrease of sulfate concentration;There will appear a"convection zone"in the transport process of sulfate ions,and the sulfate ion content decreases rapidly with the increase of attack depth,and then tends to be stable;The sulfate ion content decreases at the same depth with the increase of temperature and the decrease of sulfate concentration.
