摘 要:对比研究了模板材质对现浇混凝土表观气孔形成的影响规律,验证了铝模板浇筑混凝土易产生表面气孔。在此基础上,通过单因素试验分析掺入消泡剂类型、掺合料类型及环境温度对铝模板浇筑混凝土表观气孔形成的影响机理。结果表明:使用消泡型水性脱模剂时铝模板浇筑混凝土的表观气孔总孔面积占比仅为0.011%,表观效果优于使用油性脱模剂;环境温度会对混凝土表观质量产生影响,高温环境有利于减少气泡产生,平均温度33℃环境下使用铝模板浇筑混凝土的总孔面积占比仅为0.034%;双掺10%矿粉+10%粉煤灰可有效提高混凝土的流动性,从而减少铝模板浇筑混凝土时的表面气孔数量,总孔面积占比仅为0.013%。The study compared the influence of template material on the formation of apparent bubbles in cast-in-place concrete,confirming that concrete poured with aluminum formworks is prone to surface bubble formation.Building on this,single-factor experiments were conducted to analyze the influence of defoaming agent type,admixture type,and environmental temperature on the formation of apparent bubbles in concrete poured with aluminum formworks.The results show that when using a defoaming water-based release agent,the total area ratio of apparent bubbles in concrete poured with aluminum formworks is only 0.011%,which is superior in appearance to using an oil-based release agent.Environmental temperature affects the surface quality of concrete,with high temperatures being conducive to reducing bubble formation.In an average temperature environment of 33℃,the total area ratio of bubbles in concrete poured with aluminum formworks is only 0.034%.The dual addition of 10%slag powder and 10%fly ash can effectively improve the fluidity of concrete,thereby reducing the number of surface bubbles when pouring concrete with aluminum formworks,with the total area ratio of bubbles being only 0.013%.
