摘  要:研究了振动搅拌对钢纤维混凝土的力学性能和疲劳性能的影响,通过数值模拟进一步分析其影响机理,利用ABAQUS建立连续梁桥三维有限元模型,研究了在地震荷载和车辆荷载下,2种搅拌方式钢纤维混凝土连续梁桥桥墩的损伤情况。结果表明:振动搅拌可以提高钢纤维混凝土的抗压、抗拉强度和弹性模量;钢纤维掺量相同时,采用振动搅拌的钢纤维混凝土经抗压、抗拉强度破坏试验后,表面的裂缝更少、更窄,并且混凝土基体中的钢纤维Mises应力分布更加均匀,承受高Mises应力的钢纤维更多;振动搅拌的钢纤维混凝土桥墩在车辆荷载、地震荷载下的压缩损伤范围和压缩损伤极值均较普通搅拌的更小。The study investigated the effects of vibratory mixing on the mechanical and fatigue properties of steel fiber concrete.Further analysis of the influencing mechanisms was conducted through numerical simulation.A three-dimensional finite element model of a continuous girder bridge was established using ABAQUS to study the damage conditions of bridge piers made of steel fiber concrete with two different mixing methods under seismic and vehicular loads.The results indicated that using vibratory mixing can enhance the compressive,tensile strength,and elastic modulus of steel fiber concrete.When the steel fiber content is the same,steel fiber concrete mixed with vibratory mixing exhibits fewer and narrower surface cracks after compressive and tensile strength failure tests.Additionally,the distribution of Mises stress in the concrete matrix is more uniform,and more steel fibers bear higher Mises stress.Bridge piers made of steel fiber concrete with vibratory mixing show a smaller range and peak value of compressive damage under vehicular and seismic loads compared to those mixed with conventional methods.
