摘 要:以水基岩屑为原料,通过单因素试验确定了水固比、水泥掺量、碱当量和水基岩屑掺量对免烧砖性能的影响。结果表明,m(水基岩屑)∶m(河砂)∶m(水泥)∶m(粉煤灰)=50∶30∶15∶5、水固比0.12、碱当量4%制得免烧砖试样性能优良,抗压强度为15.44 MPa、体积密度2.249 g/cm^(3)、吸水率10.81%,符合JC/T 422—2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》中MU15等级要求。XRD、SEM分析发现,水基岩屑免烧砖体系中的水化产物主要包括水化硅酸钙、钙矾石、氢氧化钙等。随着水基岩屑掺量减少,试样微观孔隙减少,宏观上表现为试样的抗压强度提高和吸水率减小。Using water-based rock chips as raw materials,the influence of water-solid ratio,cement mixing amount,alkali equivalent and water-based rock chips mixing amount on the curing effect of no-burn bricks was determined through a one-way test.The results showed that m(water-based rock chips)∶m(river sand)∶m(cement)∶m(fly ash)=50∶30∶15∶5,water-solid ratio of 0.12,alkali equivalent of 4%to produce unburnt bricks specimens with excellent performance,the compressive strength of 15.44 MPa,bulk density of 2.249 g/cm^(3),water absorption of 10.81%,which is in line with the requirements of MU15 grade in standard JC/T 422—2007'Non-sintered waste tailings'.Through XRD and SEM analyses,it was found that the hydration products in the water-based rock chips non-sintered brick system mainly include hydrated calcium silicate,calomel,calcium hydroxide and so on.With the reduction of water-based rock chips doping,the microporosity of the specimen is reduced,which is macroscopically manifested in the increase of compressive strength and the reduction of water absorption rate of the specimen.
