蒸压加气混凝土墙板层裂问题的分析与对策研究

摘　　要：分析了蒸压加气混凝土墙板层裂的原因,提出了控制墙板层裂的对策,利用玻化微珠与气泡优化技术以及添加纳米改性剂,改善浆体的均匀性和稳定性,提高了水化程度,改善了蒸压加气混凝土的强度、热工性能、收缩性能和憎水性能;利用FRP筋替代钢筋解决墙板层裂问题,通过对FRP筋和墙板的试验研究发现,FRP筋抗拉强度明显高于钢筋,其极限抗拉强度约为同直径钢筋的1.6倍,表现出较好的抗拉承载力。FRP筋比钢筋具有更高的强度和耐腐蚀性,将其替代钢筋应用于墙板后,FRP筋墙板的跨中挠度约为钢筋墙板挠度的1.15倍,FRP筋墙板的初裂荷载和极限荷载与钢筋墙板相近,均约为钢筋墙板的0.97倍,墙板表现出较好的抗弯性能、耐久性和安全性,可有效解决蒸压加气混凝土墙板的层裂问题。The causes of wallboard layer cracking were analyzed,and countermeasures for controlling wallboard layer cracking were put forward.The use of glass beads and bubble optimization technology and the addition of nano-modifiers improved the homogeneity and stability of the slurry,increased the degree of hydration,and improved the strength,thermal properties,shrinkage properties and water-repellent properties of autoclaved aerated concrete.FRP reinforcement was used instead of steel reinforcement to solve the problem of wallboard layer cracking,and it was found that FRP reinforcement had higher strength than steel reinforcement,its ultimate tensile strength is about 1.6 times of that steel bars with the same diameter,indicating better tensile bearing capacity.It was found that FRP bars have higher strength and corrosion resistance than steel bars.When they are applied to wall panels instead of steel bars,the mid-span deflection of FRP reinforced wall panels is about 1.15 times that of reinforced wall panels,and the initial crack load and ultimate load of FRP reinforced wall panels are similar to those of reinforced wall panels,both around 0.97 times.The wall panels show better bending resistance,durability and safety,which can effectively solve the layer cracking problem of autoclaved aerated concrete wall panels.
