摘 要:采用固体碱激发剂CaO+Na_(2)CO_(3)和矿渣制备碱矿渣水泥,研究不同碱矿渣水泥掺量下流态固化土的工作性能、无侧限抗压强度和微观结构。结果表明:改变碱矿渣水泥掺量可以调控流态固化土的流动性,流动度和坍落度随着碱矿渣水泥掺量的增加先增大后减小,在掺量为40%时,流动度达到最大值,为225 mm;流态固化土的湿密度为1.575~1.630 g/cm^(3),干密度则随着碱矿渣水泥掺量的增加而整体呈增大趋势;碱矿渣水泥掺量由30%增至40%时抗压强度增幅最大,且7 d强度可达到28 d的90%左右。碱激发矿渣使C-S-H凝胶体的生产量增加,Ca/Si降低,促使流态固化土形成更致密的结构。Using solid alkali activator CaO+Na_(2)CO_(3) and slag to prepare alkali activated slag cement.The working performance,unconfined compressive strength and microstructure of the fluid solidified soil with different alkali slag cement content were studied.The results show that the fluidity of the fluid-solidified soil can be regulated by changing the content of alkali slag cement.The fluidity and slump show a trend of first rising and then decreasing with the increase of alkali slag cement content.At a dosage of 40%,the flowability reaches its maximum value of 225 mm.The wet density of fluid solidified soil is roughly between 1.575~1.630 g/cm^(3),and the dry density increases with the increase of alkali slag cement.Fluid solidified soil achieves the best compressive strength growth effect when the content of alkali slag cement is increased from 30%to 40%.The strength at 7 days of age can reach about 90%of that at 28 days of age.The production of C-S-H gel increase and Ca/Si decrease with alkali excited slag,and the fluid solidified soil form a denser structure.
