摘  要:建立了一种环境测试舱模拟现实环境,采用ATD-GC-FID测试内墙面漆TVOC释放量。通过综合国内现行标准及设计对比实验优化了载荷比、吸附管类型、空气交换率、释放周期等关键实验条件。最终确定最优载荷比为1.50 m^(2)/m^(3),样品板尺寸为300 mm×300 mm,涂覆量为(22.5±0.2)g,样品在空气交换率为0.5次/h的条件下放置24 h后,采用T-C复合管进行采样,采样环境温度26℃。实验结果表明,各组分在0~2μg线性范围内,各组分线性回归方程的相关系数R2为0.9973~0.9999,方法检出限为0.8~3.5μg/m^(3),加标量为0.4、0.8、1.2μg的回收率为91.3%~108.4%。This article established an environmental testing chamber to simulate a real environment and used ATD-GC-FID to test the TVOC(Total Volatile Organic Compounds)emissions of interior wall paint.By synthesizing current domestic standards,a comparative experiment was designed,optimizing key experimental conditions such as load ratio,adsorption tube type,air exchange rate,and release cycle.The optimal load ratio was determined to be 1.50 m^(2)/m^(3),with the sample plate size set at 300 mm×300 mm and the coating amount at(22.5±0.2)g.After placing the sample for 24 hours with an air exchange rate of 0.5 times per hour,T-C composite tubes were used for sampling at an environment temperature of 26℃.The correlation coefficient R2 of the linear regression equation for each component within the linear range of 0~2μg is 0.9973~0.9999,the detection limit of the method is between 0.8 to 3.5μg/m^(3),and the recovery rate for standard additions of 0.4μg,0.8μg,and 1.2μg ranges from 91.3%to 108.4%.
