摘  要:为明确不同种类机制砂在瓷砖胶产品中的应用效果,选取1种河砂和8种机制砂作为研究对象,通过筛分统一级配,配制瓷砖胶。结果表明:相同级配下,机制砂较河砂的松散堆积空隙率大,粒形较差。相同级配和配方下,骨料松散堆积密度越大,瓷砖胶的湿密度越大,则拉伸粘结强度越高;骨料松散堆积密度越大,单位体积瓷砖胶中胶凝材料占比越大,则瓷砖胶的流动度越大;骨料松散堆积密度越大,松散堆积空隙率越小,则瓷砖胶的干缩率越大。机制砂可以作为瓷砖胶的骨料,但不同种类机制砂瓷砖胶的最优配方有所不同。To clarify the application effects of different types of mechanized sand in ceramic tile adhesive products,one type of river sand and eight types of mechanized sand are selected as research objects.The aggregate is uniformly graded through screening,and ceramic tile adhesive is prepared.The results indicate that:under the same grading,compared to river sand,mechanized sand has a higher porosity and poorer particle shape in loose accumulation.Under the same grading and formula,the higher the loose packing density of the aggregate,the greater the wet density of the tile adhesive and the tensile bonding strength.The higher the loose packing density of the aggregate and the lower the porosity of the loose packing,the greater the fluidity of the tile adhesive.The higher the loose packing density and porosity of the aggregate,the greater the dry shrinkage rate of the tile adhesive.Mechanized sand can be used as an aggregate for ceramic tile adhesive,but the optimal formula for different types of mechanized sand ceramic tile adhesive may vary.
