摘 要:为探明抗剥落剂对沥青胶浆及凝灰岩应用于SUP-25级配下路用性能的影响,研究了3种非胺类抗剥落剂及其掺量对70#基质沥青物理性能与黏附性及凝灰岩沥青混合料路用性能的影响,分析了抗剥落剂作用机理。结果表明:3种抗剥落剂对沥青胶浆的影响各不相同,且对沥青的针入度和延度影响较大;掺入0.6%B型抗剥落剂后,凝灰岩与沥青的黏附性等级提升2级,混合料的残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比较凝灰岩基质沥青混合料分别提高了10.1和6.6个百分点,改善了混合料的水稳定性能,凝灰岩沥青混合料的高温抗车辙和低温拉伸性能较佳;单一磷酸酯的抗剥落效果有限,需要多种磷酸酯共同作用且与载体相容性较好才能有效提升抗剥落效果。To investigate the effect of anti-stripping agents on the road performance of asphalt binder and tuff under SUP-25 gradation,the effects of three non-amine anti-stripping agents and their dosages on the physical properties and adhesion of 70#matrix asphalt and the road performance of tuff asphalt mixture were studied.The mechanism of anti-stripping agents was analyzed.The results showed that the three anti-stripping agents had different effects on asphalt emulsion,and had a significant impact on the penetration and elongation of asphalt;0.6%B-type anti-stripping agent has a good effect on improving the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate,as well as the water stability of the mixture.The adhesion level between tuff and asphalt is increased by 2 levels,and the residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of the mixture are increased by 10.1 and 6.6 percent point,respectively,the high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature tensile performance of tuff asphalt mixture are better.The anti-stripping effect of a single phosphate ester is limited,and multiple phosphate esters need to work together and have good compatibility with the carrier to effectively improve the anti-stripping effect.
