摘  要:以45号钢为基板表面制备Fe-Ni-Ti-B涂层,研究不同B/Ti比下熔覆层组织和性能的变化。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、EBSD等对涂层的微观组织进行分析,利用硬度计对涂层的硬度进行了分析表征。实验结果表明:不同B/Ti含量的涂层均与基板结合良好,表面较为平整,没有明显的孔洞。B、Ti元素的添加会产生TiB_(2)增强相以及共晶组织,提高涂层的硬度。Fe-Ni-Ti-B coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel substrate,and the changes in microstructure and properties of the cladding layer under different B/Ti ratios were studied.The microstructure of the coating was analyzed using metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,EBSD,etc.,and the hardness of the coating was characterized using a hardness tester.The experimental results show that coatings with different B/Ti contents have good adhesion to the substrate,with a relatively flat surface and no obvious pores.The addition of B and Ti elements will produce TiB_(2) reinforcement phase and eutectic structure,improving the hardness of the coating.
