一种环保高品质家具用木器涂料的制备关键技术研究

摘　　要：本文针对一种环保高品质家具用木器涂料的关键制备技术进行了研究,核心表面成膜材料采用环保聚氨酯分散体,通过对效应颜料和水性功能助剂的选择性研究,确定最佳制备条件为:水性银粉5.0%、润湿流平剂0.4%、消泡剂0.3%、水性纤维素酯分散体3.0%。研究结果表明,本技术成果形成环保无污染产品、漆膜性能指标完全满足市场客户的要求,且赋予产品丰富表面色彩感,为大众生活提供高品质物质需求和精神审美的提升,有力推动环保型家具涂料的健康、稳定发展,市场前景广阔,具有重要的社会经济意义。In this paper,the key preparation technology of an environmentally friendly and high-quality wood coating for furniture was studied.The core surface film-forming material was made of environmentally friendly polyurethane dispersion.Through selective study of effect pigments and water-based functional additives,the optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows:Water-based silver powder 5.0%,wetting leveling agent 0.4%,defoamer 0.3%,water-based cellulose ester dispersion 3.0%.The research results show that the technical results form environmentally friendly and pollution-free products,paint film performance indicators fully meet the requirements of market customers,and give the product rich surface color sense,provide high-quality material needs for public life and spiritual aesthetic enhancement,effectively promote the healthy and stable development of environmentally friendly furniture coatings,market prospects are broad,has important social and economic significance.
