法治视角下黄河流域塑料污染治理策略研究

摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和人口的不断增长,黄河流域面临着日益严重的塑料污染问题。塑料垃圾不仅破坏了河流的自然生态,还对人类健康和水资源安全构成了威胁。因此,从法治角度出发,研究黄河流域塑料污染的治理策略具有重要的现实意义和长远价值。本文探讨了法治视角下黄河流域塑料污染治理的必要性、问题,并从加强立法、强化监管力度和加大宣传教育力度等方面出发,提出了法治视角下黄河流域塑料污染治理策略。With the rapid economic development and the growing population,the Yellow River basin is faced with increasingly serious plastic pollution problems.Plastic waste not only destroys the natural ecology of rivers,but also poses a threat to human health and water security.Therefore,from the perspective of the rule of law,it is of great practical significance and long-term value to study the control strategy of plastic pollution in the Yellow River basin.This paper discusses the current situation and problems of plastic pollution control in the Yellow River basin from the perspective of the rule of law,and puts forward the strategy of plastic pollution control in the perspective of strengthening legislation,strengthening supervision and strengthening publicity and education.
