农村公路建设与社会经济发展的互动效应分析

摘　　要：为全面评估农村公路建设在促进社会经济发展方面的关键作用,引入了结构方程模型(SEM)的先进分析框架,从农村公路建设、经济发展、农业发展及公共款项归集4个重要维度出发,设计了包含4个潜变量及19个观测变量的结构方程模型。该模型旨在深入探讨农村公路建设与社会经济进步之间的动态互动效应和相互依赖关系,通过对多维度数据的分析,揭示了农村公路建设在推动经济增长、加强农业发展以及优化公共款项归集方面的显著正面影响。研究结果进一步表明,农村公路建设不仅直接促进了经济的发展,还通过加强农业发展和改善公共款项归集的路径对经济增长产生了重要的间接效应。最后,从政策制定、研究方法改进及实践应用等方面提出了具体的对策建议。为农村公路项目的规划与评价提供了理论依据,而且对政策制定和今后的研究提供了一定的参考。In order to comprehensively evaluate the key role of rural road construction in promoting social and economic development,this paper introduces the advanced analytical framework of structural equation model(SEM).Starting from the four important dimensions of rural road construction,economic development,agricultural development and public fund collection,a structural equation model including 4 latent variables and 19 observation variables is designed.The model aims to explore the dynamic interactive effect and interdependence between rural road construction and social and economic progress,and through the close analysis of multi-dimensional data,to reveal the significant positive impact of rural road construction in promoting economic growth,strengthening agricultural development and optimizing the collection of public funds.The results further show that the rural road construction not only directly promotes the economic development,but also has an important indirect effect on the economic growth by strengthening the agricultural development and improving the path of public fund collection.This paper not only provides a solid theoretical basis for the planning and evaluation of rural road projects,but also provides a certain reference value for policy makers and future research,so as to further promote scientific research and practical applications in related fields.
