摘  要:化学需氧量(COD)是衡量水体受还原性物质污染程度的关键参数,也是评估水体中有机物相对含量的一项重要指标。在实验室分别采用重铬酸盐法和快速消解分光光度法测定水样的COD,并根据测量结果对两种方法进行比较。首先从实验设计、数据处理入手,深入研究这两种方法的特点与差异,再通过实例说明如何利用这些方法测试不同样品类型,最后进行总结并提出建议。Chemical oxygen demand is a key parameter for measuring the degree of pollution caused by reducing substances in water,and it is also an important comprehensive indicator for evaluating the relative content of organic matter in water.The chemical oxygen demand(COD)in water samples was measured using the dichromate method and rapid digestion spectrophotometry in the laboratory,and the two methods were compared based on the measurement results.First of all,the characteristics and diff erences of the two methods are deeply studied from the aspects of experimental design and data processing.Examples are then given to show how these methods can be used to test diff erent sample types.Finally,summarize and give some suggestions.
