突发性环境污染应急监测及污染修复方法分析

摘　　要：突发性环境污染事故具有不可逆性,一旦引发该类事故,很大程度上会对环境造成严重破坏,所以政府部门要做好对环境的应急监测工作,及时发现突发性环境污染事故,并采取适当的措施和修复方法,将危害降到最低。同时,企业也要严格遵守国家和地方政府出台的相关章程,建立完善的应急监测体系,细化各项责任;出现事故后要及时响应,并选择合适的修复方法,控制事故的污染和破坏程度。本文主要分析了突发性环境污染事故的特点和应急监测,并提出了几点有效的污染治理方法,以供相关部门参考。Sudden environmental pollution accidents are irreversible,once caused by this kind of accident,it will largely cause serious damage to the environment,so the government departments should do a good job of emergency monitoring of the environment,timely fi nd sudden environmental pollution accidents,take appropriate measures and repair methods,to minimize the harm.At the same time,enterprises should strictly abide by the relevant regulations issued by the national and local governments,formulate a sound emergency monitoring system,and refine the responsibilities.After the accident,timely response and choose the appropriate repair method to control the pollution and degree of destruction of the accident.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of sudden environmental pollution accidents and emergency monitoring analysis,put forward several eff ective pollution control methods for the reference of relevant departments.
