摘　　要：为了有效预防和解决区域发展中发生的各类突发环境事件,亟须提升基层环境工作站的应急监测能力,保证基层生态环境应急工作的有效落实。从我国环境形势分析看,突发环境事件的治理难度整体偏大,并且基层的应急管理机制不够完善,监测人员的综合能力不强,监测站信息化建设不足,相关工作缺乏经验保障,在应对重大环境突发事件时略显不足。对此,本文结合实际情况提出发展对策,总结了基层生态环境应急监测工作的发展方向,旨在全面提升基层环境应急监测能力,推动社会健康稳步地发展。In order to eff ectively prevent and solve various environmental emergencies occurring in regional development,it is urgently necessary to improve the emergency monitoring ability of grassroots environmental workstations to ensure the eff ective implementation of grassroots ecological environmental emergency work.From the analysis of Chinese environmental situation,the overall diffi culty of managing environmental emergencies is relatively large,and the grass-roots emergency management mechanism is not perfect,the comprehensive ability of monitoring personnel is not strong,the information construction of monitoring stations is insuffi cient,and the related work lacks experience guarantee,which is slightly insuffi cient in dealing with major environmental emergencies.In this regard,this paper put forward development countermeasures based on the actual situation,summarized the development direction of grassroots ecological environment emergency monitoring work,and aimed to comprehensively improve the grassroots environmental emergency monitoring ability and promote the healthy and steady development of society.
