摘　　要：环境影响技术评估是环境影响评价审批工作的重要环节之一,旨在落实相关法律规范、技术标准要求,确保项目的环保性与可行性,从而实现经济社会与生态环境的协调发展。本文以某化学合成类制药项目为例,探究了环境影响技术评估的工作要点,提出了环境影响技术评估工作的优化建议,以期为环境影响技术评估工作的规范性、有效性提供切实可行的借鉴与参考。Environmental technical assessment is an important part of environmental impact assessment approval,aimed at implementing relevant legal norms and technical standards,ensuring the environmental protection and feasibility of the project,and achieving coordinated development between economy society and the ecological environment.This article took a chemical synthesis pharmaceutical project as an example to explore the key points of environmental impact technology assessment,and proposed optimization suggestions for environmental impact technology assessment work,in order to provide practical and feasible reference for the standardization and eff ectiveness of environmental impact technology assessment work.
