摘  要:文章针对当前南疆纺织高职院校课程思政教学团队建设不完善,以及因缺乏系统化建设路径而导致的课程思政教育能力不足、课程思政灌输式教法难以引起学生共鸣、课程思政缺乏合理评价等问题,探讨了纺织专业的高职课程思政教学团队建设路径,提出了以下建设路径:构建课程思政校企合作平台,推动教师团队建设;构建信息化交流平台,加强教师自身协同合作;强化教师培训,提高课程思政教学能力;健全考核机制,强化双元多维的教学团队评价体系;推广课程思政成果,促进高水平育人。The study addresses the current imperfect construction of the ideological and political teaching team in textile vocational colleges in Southern Xinjiang,as well as issues such as insufficient ideological and political education capabilities due to the lack of a systematic construction path,the difficulty in resonating with students through the indoctrinational teaching methods of curriculum ideology and politics,and the lack of a reasonable evaluation system for curriculum ideology and politics.It explores the construction path of the ideological and political teaching team for textile majors in vocational colleges and proposes the following construction paths:establishing a school-enterprise cooperation platform for curriculum ideology and politics to promote the construction of the teaching team,building an informationized communication platform to strengthen teachers'collaborative cooperation,enhancing teacher training to improve the teaching capabilities of curriculum ideology and politics,perfecting the assessment mechanism to strengthen the dual-dimensional teaching team evaluation system,and promoting the achievements of curriculum ideology and politics to facilitate high-level talent cultivation.
