摘 要:水利设施中,大型轴流泵叶片调节器在使用时存在漏油情况频发、叶片调节角度失灵、调节机构失压等问题,严重影响机组的安全运行.随着水管单位标准化创建工作的推进,这些问题已严重影响了现代化泵站的建设与发展.针对乌江站大型轴流泵叶片调节器在实际运行中出现的各种问题,通过不断改进维修,构建一种能完全满足性能要求的液压式全调节器,在水利建设领域中具有一定的借鉴和参考价值.In recent years,there are some problems in the use of the blade regulator of large-scale axial-flow pumps in water conservancy facilities,such as frequent oil leakage,dead blade adjustment angles and depressurized regulating mechanisms,which seriously affect the safe operation of the unit.With the advancement of the standardization creation of water management units,these problems in operation have seriously affected the construction and development of modern pumping stations.In order to solve various problems in the actual operation of the blade regulator of the large-scale axial-flow pump at the Wujiang Station,a hydraulic overall regulator that can fully meet performance requirements is finally constructed through continuous improvement and maintenance,which has certain reference value in the field of water conservancy construction.
