摘 要:阐述了乙二酸的生产方法与过程,并对国内外乙二酸技术工艺发展情况进行了综合分析,比较其技术工艺节能降耗情况.根据当地资源条件选择适宜的制乙二酸工艺过程.详细探讨了利用现有制药厂和啤酒厂废糖液作为原料水解时所需控制的温度范围、常压糖化时间要求、淀粉与硫酸比例范围以及催化剂选型和用量等关键参数,同时提供了最优方法所需设备设施和生产路线.This paper mainly describes the production method and process of oxalic acid,comprehensively analyzes the development of oxalic acid technologies at home and abroad,and compares the energy conservation and consumption reduction of its technologies.According to local resource conditions,the appropriate process of producing oxalic acid is selected.This paper discusses key parameters such as the temperature range,atmospheric-pressure saccharification time requirements,the ratio range of starch to sulfuric acid,and the selection and dosage of catalyst that need to be controlled in detail when using waste sugar liquid from existing pharmaceutical plants and breweries as raw materials for hydrolysis,and provides a specific list of the equipment,facilities and production routes required for the optimal method.
