摘 要:在实施定点起吊式架桥机架设铁路桥梁的过程中,当架桥机通过路基或连续梁,准备架设首跨为24 m跨的桥梁时,由于连续梁与桥台结构与预制箱梁结构存在差异,导梁锚固装置无法安装,从而导致架桥机无法进行过孔作业.在导梁未锚固的情况下进行过孔,极易引发安全生产事故.为解决此问题,以DF900D型高位导梁定点起吊式架桥机在通过连续梁后首跨为24 m跨工况为例,结合设备过孔稳定性技术要求,提出一种新型定点起吊式架桥机在桥梁首跨为24 m跨时的过孔施工工艺,以供类似施工参考.In the process of erecting railway bridges by a fixed-point launching gantry with a launching nose,when the launching gantry passes through the roadbed or the continuous girder to erect the bridge with the first span of 24 m,the anchoring devices of the launching nose cannot be installed due to the difference between continuous girder and abutment structures and the prefabricated box girder structure,so that the launching gantry cannot carry out the operation of passing spans.If the launching nose is not anchored,passing spans is very easy to cause safety production accidents.In order to solve this problem,taking the construction conditions of the fixed-point launching gantry with the Type DF900D high-level launching nose in the first span of 24 m after passing through the continuous girder as an example,combined with the technical requirements of the stability of equipment when passing spans,this paper puts forward the construction technology of passing spans of a new fixed-point launching gantry with a launching nose in the bridge with the first span of 24 m,so as to provide a reference for similar construction.
