摘 要:针对小电流接地系统,传统的单相接地故障判别,需要加装单独的接地选线装置,需要接入所有线路的零模电流和母线电压,增加了变电站二次回路接线复杂度.提出一种基于单条线路特征谐波衍生信息的单相接地故障识别方法,通过设计一款带通滤波器提取故障瞬态过程中的特征谐波信息用以识别小电流接地系统单相接地区内、外故障,解决了传统基于单一谐波分量接地故障判别可靠性差的问题,并采用RTDS系统仿真验证方案的可行性.For the low-current grounding system,conventional single-phase ground fault identification requires the installation of a separate fault line selection device and access to the zero-mode current and bus voltage of all lines,which increases the complexity of secondary circuit wiring in substations.This paper proposes a method for single-phase earth fault identification based on the information derived from the characteristic harmonics of the single line.It designs a band-pass filter to extract characteristic harmonic information in the transient process of faults to identify faults in and out of the single-phase ground area of the low-current grounding system,which solves the problem of the poor reliability of conventional earth fault identification based on a single harmonic component,and verifies the feasibility of the scheme by RTDS system simulation.
