摘 要:目的 预制舱变电站技术在当期有着较高的发展前景,值得进行深入探讨,以此提升变电站的建设与运行质量.方法 应用文献汇总分析的方式,说明了预制舱变电站技术性能,并从电气设备选型、预制舱变电站结构、预制舱变电站的建站这三方面入手,分析了110 kV预制舱变电站的主要技术特点;应用实例分析的方式,以某110 kV变电站工程为例,对其中所应用的隔热技术、智能联动控制技术、防水密封技术、防腐技术、燃弧集中泄压技术这些关键技术进行了说明,阐述了110 kV预制舱变电站技术的具体应用.结果 对预制舱变电站技术的应用实效展开了分析,结果表明:该技术在缩减变电站建设周期、提升变电站运行稳定性方面能够发挥出良好作用.结论 110 kV预制舱变电站技术的应用,提升了变电站的运行稳定性.Objective The technology of prefabricated cabin substations has a high development prospect in the current period,which is worthy of in-depth discussions,so as to improve the construction and operation quality of substations.Methods The technical performance of prefabricated cabin substations is explained by literature summary and analysis,and the main technical characteristics of 110 kV prefabricated cabin substations are analyzed from three aspects:the selection of electrical equipment,the structure of prefabricated cabin substations and the construction of prefabricated cabin substations.Through case analysis,taking a 110 kV substation project as an example,the key technologies applied in it such as heat insulation technology,intelligent linkage control technology,waterproof and sealing technology,anti-corrosion technology and arc-burning centralized pressure relief technology are explained,and the specific application of the technology of 110 kV prefabricated cabin substations is expounded.Results This paper analyzes the application effect of the technology of prefabricated cabin substations,and results show that this technology can play a good role in shortening the construction period of substations and improving their operation stability.Conclusion The application of the technology of 110 kV prefabricated cabin substations has improved the operation stability of substations.
