摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,高层建筑、大型商业综合体等复杂建筑形式日益增多,建筑防火安全问题愈发凸显.首先分析了建筑防火材料的应用现状,包括防火板、防火门、防火卷帘等多种类型,其次探讨了建筑防火材料的发展趋势,如新型防火板材、阻燃材料、防火涂料以及绿色防火材料的技术进步.最后,对建筑防火材料的未来发展进行了展望.With the acceleration of urbanization,complex building forms such as high-rise buildings and large commercial complexes are increasing,and the issues of building fire safety are becoming increasingly prominent.The article first analyzes the application status of building fireproofing materials,including various types such as fireproof boards,fireproof doors and fireproof rolling shutters,then explores their development trends such as the technological progress of new fireproof boards,flameretardant materials,fireproof coatings and green fireproof materials,and finally looks forward to their future development.
