摘 要:水利工程的施工环境较为特殊,实际施工中经常需要面临水流冲击影响.为保障水利工程围堰结构的稳定性,需要采取有效的防洪抢险技术处理各类突发问题,并且对围堰淹没、堤坝滑坡等问题进行有效预防,提高对洪水灾害的抢险处理能力.因此,首先分析关键的防洪抢险技术,并从防洪和抢险两个方面分别入手,探究防洪抢险技术在水利工程建设中的有效应用,旨在为今后的水利工程建设工作提供可靠的参考.The construction environment of hydraulic engineering is relatively special,and in actual construction,it is often necessary to face the impact of water flow.In order to ensure the stability of the cofferdam structure of hydraulic engineering,it is necessary to adopt effective flood control and emergency rescue technologies to deal with various unexpected problems and effectively prevent cofferdam inundation,dam landslides and other problems,so as to improve the emergency treatment ability for flood disasters.Therefore,the paper first analyzes key flood control and emergency rescue technologies,and explores their effective application in the construction of water conservancy engineering from two aspects:flood control and emergency rescue,aiming to provide reliable reference for the construction of water conservancy engineering in the future.
