流泵在中小型排涝泵站中的应用及改造措施研究

摘　　要：通过对桐庐县的中小型泵站进行实地考察和数据分析,发现轴流泵在应用中存在水力性能不佳、设备老化等问题.采用了仿真分析方法和根本原因分析法(RCA法)进行深入研究,并提出了针对性的优化方案,以期为相关研究者提供借鉴.Through the field investigation and data analysis of small-and medium-sized pump stations in Tonglu County,it is found that there are problems such as poor hydraulic performance and aging equipment in the application of axial flow pumps.The simulation analysis method and the root cause analysis(RCA)method are used to deeply study them,and targeted optimization scheme is proposed.
