摘 要:以某建筑工程为例,重点探讨其钻孔灌注桩施工中桩端后注浆技术的应用,详细总结了控制注浆量、注浆压力、浆液浓度、注浆顺序、注浆节奏等技术应用要点,并从准备工作、旋挖钻孔、桩底清孔、安装钢筋笼、设置后注浆装置、注浆终止等方面对桩端后注浆技术展开分析,采用静载试验法对技术的应用效果进行检测,结果显示经过注浆处理的基桩承载力更好,能够为类似项目提供有效参考.Taking a construction project as an example,this article focuses on exploring the application of postgrouting technology for pile tips in the construction of its drilled cast-in-place piles.It summarizes the application points of the technology of controlling grouting amount,grouting pressure,slurry concentration,grouting sequence and grouting rhythm in detail,analyzes the post-grouting technology for pile tips from the aspects of preparation,rotary drilling,borehole cleaning at pile bottoms,the installation of rebar cages,the setting of post-grouting devices and grouting termination,and uses the static-load test method to test the application effect of technologies.The results show that the bearing capacity of foundation piles after grouting treatment is better,which can provide effective reference for similar projects.
