摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对水资源的需求日益增加。然而,由于自然灾害、人为破坏等原因导致的水灾不断发生,严重影响了人们的生活和生产的发展。为了减少这些不利因素对社会造成的危害,加强水利建设是必须采取的措施之一。研究了中小型水库的除险加固设计问题,通过对相关理论知识的研究与分析,结合实际案例进行探讨,总结出中小型水库除险加固设计的基本原则及方法,并针对不同类型中小型水库的特点提出相应的建议。With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards in China,people's demand for water resources is increasing day by day.However,due to natural disasters,human destruction and other reasons,floods continue to occur,seriously affecting people's lives and the development of social production.In order to reduce the harm caused by these unfavorable factors to society,strengthening water conservancy construction is one of the necessary measures.This paper mainly studies the design of the reinforcement of small-and medium-sized reservoirs.Through the research and analysis of relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper makes a discussion in combination with practical cases,summarizes the basic principles and methods of the design of the reinforcement of small-and medium-sized reservoirs,and proposes corresponding suggestions based on the characteristics of different types of small-and medium-sized reservoirs.In practice,the design of the reinforcement of small-and medium-sized reservoirs should fully consider local topographic characteristics and the impact of the surrounding environment,and flexibly apply different technical means according to the actual situation,so as to minimize risks and ensure safe operation.
