橡胶低温性能影响因素的探究

摘  要:橡胶低温性能直接影响到橡胶制品在低温环境中的可靠性和使用寿命。为深入探究影响橡胶低温性能的关键因素,以天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶等不同橡胶为研究对象,分析了交联密度、炭黑种类以及新型填料对不同种类橡胶低温性能的影响规律。研究表明:交联密度对各种橡胶的低温性能影响较小;炭黑的填充量和粒径对极性橡胶的低温性能影响显著。The low-temperature performance of rubber directly affects the reliability and service life of rubber products in the low-temperature environment.In order to deeply explore the key factors affecting the low-temperature performance of rubber,this article takes different types of rubber such as natural rubber and nitrile rubber as research objects,and analyzes the influence law of crosslinking density,the type of carbon black and new fillers on the low-temperature performance of different types of rubber.Research has shown that crosslinking density has a little effect on the low-temperature performance of various types of rubber,and that the filling content and particle size of carbon black have a significant impact on the low-temperature performance of polar rubber.
