摘  要:探讨了高效液相色谱与质谱联用技术(HPLC-MS)在水质检测中的应用。介绍了HPLC-MS技术的概述和特点,强调了其在环境监测、食品安全、药物分析等领域不可或缺的作用。重点分析了HPLC-MS在水质检测中的应用,包括水中抗生素、农药残留、工业污染物和生物性毒素的检测。通过示例说明了HPLCMS技术在这些领域的有效性,包括其在检测范围广、灵敏度高、分析速度快、提供丰富结构信息等方面的优势。指出了HPLC-MS与其他设备联用在水质中金属元素的检测方面的前景。旨在总结高效液相色谱与质谱联用技术在水质监测方面的应用范围、优势及发展前景。This article explores the application of high-performance liquid chromatography-Mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)technology in water quality testing.It introduces the overview and characteristics of HPLC-MS technology,emphasizing its indispensable role in the field of environmental monitoring,food safety and pharmaceutical analysis.The article focuses on the application of HPLC-MS in water quality testing,including the testing of antibiotics,pesticide residues,industrial pollutants and biological toxins in water.Through examples,it demonstrates the effectiveness of HPLC-MS technology in these fields,including its advantages in the aspects of the wide detection range,high sensitivity,rapid analysis speed and the provision of rich structural information,and points out the prospect of the combined use of HPLC-MS and other devices for the detection of metallic elements in water quality,aiming to summarize the application scope,advantages and development prospects of HPLC-MS technology in water quality monitoring.
