摘 要:现代通用航空飞行器发动机压缩比逐渐增大,发动机对使用燃料性能要求逐渐提高;航空汽油生产工艺中,普遍采用提高燃料抗爆性能的添加剂-抗爆剂来提高燃料的性能,尤其是以四乙基铅作为抗爆剂;四乙基铅性质不稳定,容易受多种因素影响,产生杂质,堵塞油路管线,影响航空发动机性能,造成飞行安全事故;研究影响航空汽油中杂质生成因素,消除航空汽油中杂质,提升油品稳定性,对航空安全有重要作用。The compression ratio of the engine of the modern general aviation aircraft is gradually increasing,and the requirements of the engine for the performance of the used fuel are gradually increasing.In the production process of aviation gasoline,it is common to use an antiknock agent,an additive that can improve the antiknock performance of fuel,to improve the performance of fuel,especially tetraethyl lead as the antiknock agent.Tetraethyl lead has unstable properties,and it is susceptible to various factors,forming impurities and blocking oil pipelines,which affects the performance of aeroengines and causes flight safety accidents.It is important for aviation satety to study the factors that affect the formation of impurities in aviation gasoline,eliminate impurities in aviation gasoline and improve the stability of gasoline products.
