摘　　要：体位性低血压是由异常血压波引起的,又称直立性低血压,疾病多发人群为自主神经系统疾病、心血管疾病以及老年患者。在糖尿病患者中,体位性低血压的出现提示心血管事件发生率以及死亡率的风险增加。因此,为更好的改善疾病治疗及预后结局,临床需对疾病护理引起高度重视。对糖尿病患者体位性低血压的护理研究进展进行分析,以期为后续护理工作提供科学依据及指导。Postural hypotension is caused by abnormal blood pressure waves,also known as orthostatic hypotension,which is more common in patients with autonomic nervous system diseases and cardiovascular diseases and elderly patients.In diabetics,the presence of postural hypotension is associated with an increased risk of the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular events.Therefore,in order to better improve disease treatment and prognosis effects,it is necessary to pay attention to disease care in clincal practice.This article mainly analyzes research progress on the nursing of postural hypotension in diabetics,in order to provide a scientific basis and guidance for follow-up nursing.
