摘  要:电磁干扰(EMI)对设备性能、周围环境甚至人类健康都有不利影响,对高EMI屏蔽材料的需求变得更加迫切。过渡金属碳化物/氮化物(MXenes)因其优异的本征导电性、可调的表面化学性质和层状结构而被认为是制造多功能柔性纺织品的理想纳米片,被广泛应用于电磁屏蔽材料。利用金属离子(Cu^(2+))与OPBI的交联作用,将MXene纳米片层结合在PBO纤维表面,制备了具有优异电磁屏蔽性能的高强纤维和纤维织物,构筑了良好的导电网络,赋予了织物高效的电磁屏蔽效能。当PBO纤维在MXene-OPBI-Cu^(2+)溶液中浸干6次时,电导率和EMI SE分别为42.25 S/cm和30.1 dB,相较于未添加OPBI与Cu^(2+)的纤维,电导率提升了82.35%,EMI SE提高了44.71%。实现了电磁屏蔽材料的高效便捷制备,同时兼顾其优异的稳定性和力学性能。Electromagnetic interference(EMI)has adverse effects on device performance,the surrounding environment and even human health,making the demand for high EMI shielding materials even more urgent.Transition metal carbides/nitrides(MXenes)are considered to be ideal nanosheets for manufacturing multifunctional flexible textiles due to their excellent intrinsic conductivity,tunable surface chemical properties and layered structures,which are widely used in electromagnetic shielding materials.By the crosslinking effect of metal ions(Cu^(2+))and OPBI,MXene nanosheets are combined on the surface of PBO fiber to prepare high-strength fiber and fiber fabric with excellent electromagnetic shielding performance,and a good conductive network is constructed,which gives fabric efficient electromagnetic shielding efficiency.When PBO fiber is immersed in the MXene-OPBI-Cu^(2+)solution for 6 times,the conductivity and EMI SE are 42.25 S/cm and 30.1 dB,respectively,and compared with the fiber without the addition of OPBI and Cu^(2+),the conductivity increases by 82.35%and EMI SE increases by 44.71%,which achieves the efficient and convenient preparation of electromagnetic shielding materials,while considering their excellent stablility and mechanical properties.
