摘 要:煤矿井下主排水泵房是确保矿井安全生产的重要环节,其主要任务是在雨季或矿井涌水异常时,及时排出井下积水,防止水患发生。传统的主排水泵房控制方式多为人工手动操作,存在响应速度慢、效率低下、安全隐患多等问题,而可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术的应用可以实现主排水泵房的自动化控制,有效地提高了矿井的生产效率,进而保障安全生产。然而,受一些因素的影响,PLC技术的应用还存在着些许问题,如通信干扰、设备兼容性不足,以及维护人员技能水平欠缺等,影响着自动化控制效果。基于此,对基于PLC的煤矿井下主排水泵房自动化控制进行研究,并结合工作经验,就如何做好PLC技术的应用、提高自动化控制效果,提出了见解。The main drainage pump room in coal mines is an important link to ensure the safety of mine production.Its main task is to timely discharge underground water during the rainy season or abnormal water inflow in the mine to prevent water disasters.The traditional control method of the main drainage pump room is mostly manual operation,which has problems such as slow response speed,low efficiency,and many safety hazards.However,the application of PLC technology can achieve automatic control of the main drainage pump room,effectively improving the production efficiency of the mine and ensuring safe production.However,due to some factors,there are still some problems in the application of PLC technology,such as communication interference,insufficient equipment compatibility,and insufficient skill level of maintenance personnel,which affect the effectiveness of automation control.Therefore,based on this,this article conducts research on the automation control of the main drainage pump room in coal mines based on PLC,and combines my years of work experience to propose my own opinions on how to apply PLC technology well and improve the effectiveness of automation control.
