摘 要:随着公路交通事业的快速发展,公路养护机械化已成为提高养护效率和质量的重要手段。然而,在公路养护机械推广过程中,存在诸多制约因素,影响了其推广效果和应用水平。基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),构建了一个评估模型,用以量化各因素的相对重要性,为优化策略的制定提供了科学依据。提出了政策优化、经济投入调整、技术创新与市场拓展等具体策略,并详细阐述了这些策略的实施步骤与预期效果。通过案例分析与实证研究,验证了优化策略的有效性和可行性。结果表明:AHP法的应用能够帮助决策者更准确地识别制约因素,制定针对性强的优化策略,从而有效推动公路养护机械的推广与应用。With the rapid development of highway transportation,highway maintenance mechanization has become an important means to improve maintenance efficiency and quality.However,there are many restrictive factors in the promotion of highway maintenance machinery,which affect its promotion effect and application level.Based on AHP,this paper constructs an evaluation model to quantify the relative importance of each factor and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of optimization strategies.Specific strategies such as policy optimization,economic input adjustment,technological innovation and market expansion are put forward,and the implementation steps and expected effects of these strategies are expounded in detail.The effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization strategy are verified by case analysis and empirical research.The results show that the application of AHP can help decision makers identify the restrictive factors more accurately and formulate targeted optimization strategies,thus effectively promoting the popularization and application of highway maintenance machinery.
