摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱分析方法,对纸品中高关注物质卡拉花醛实施检测,此方法是通过超声萃取技术,将纸品中的卡拉花醛提取出来,对其实施凝缩定容、过程处理后进行测定。结果发现在信噪比为3的情况下,检出限为0.20 mg/kg。若持续对其实施浓度进行加标,发现这一方法在应用中的相对标准偏差为0.20%~1.06%。综上,这一方法在应用中操作简单,能够实现快速检测,定量具备一定准确性和可靠性,能够满足纸品中高关注物质卡拉花醛的测定需求。Ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC)was used to detect the highly concerned substance carrageenan in paper products.This method uses ultrasonic extraction technology to extract carrageenan from paper products,which is then condensed to volume and processed for measurement.It was found that the detection limit was 0.20mg/kg when the signal-to-noise ratio was 3.If the applied concentration is continuously spiked,it is found that the relative standard deviation of this method in application is 0.20%-1.06%.In summary,this method is easy to operate in application,can achieve rapid detection,and has a certain degree of accuracy and reliability in quantification,which can meet the determination needs of the highly concerned substance carrageenan in paper products.
