摘　　要：探讨了既有砖木结构建筑修复更新的施工技术。首先,阐述了既有建筑改造更新工程施工工艺流程。其次,就既有砖木结构修复更新施工技术从结构拆除技术、结构改造技术、屋面施工技术、外立面修缮技术、修复及平色的施工工艺、防水防虫技术六个方面进行了研究。研究成果对于既有砖木结构建筑的修复更新具有重要的指导意义,有助于推动传统建筑的可持续发展。This paper discusses the construction technology of restoration and renewal of existing brick and wood structure buildings.First of all,the article describes the construction process of the existing building renovation and renewal project.Secondly,the construction technology of repairing and updating the existing brick and wood structure is studied from six aspects:structure demolition technology,structure transformation technology,roof construction technology,facade repair technology,repair and flat color construction technology,waterproof and insect prevention technology.The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for the restoration and renewal of the existing brick and wood structures,and help to promote the sustainable development of traditional buildings.
