摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,人们对居住条件提出了更高的需求。供热通风与空调系统作为现代化建筑物不可或缺的一部分,其能否正常运行将会影响到建筑物的使用性能和居住品质。因此,要确保供热通风与空调系统的安全、可靠和稳定运行,必须对其进行运行维护。阐述供热通风与空调系统的工作原理及优缺点,研究了运行中的常见问题及解决方案。With the development of social economy,people have put forward higher demands for living conditions.As an indispensable part of modern buildings,the normal operation of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning systems will affect the performance and living quality of buildings.Therefore,to ensure the safe,reliable,and stable operation of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning systems,it is necessary to carry out operation and maintenance.This article elaborates on the working principle and advantages and disadvantages of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning systems,studied common problems and solutions during operation.
