摘  要:承德热电有限责任公司350 MW直流锅炉配置的ZGM95G-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机在机组通过168以来,运行中频繁发生出力不足、堵磨以及堵粉管等问题.分析表明:煤质不同使完全析出挥发分燃烧所需的风量存在一定差别,一次风量不足又造成堵磨和堵粉管.提高ZGM95G-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机运行稳定性的主要手段是调整合理的风煤比.Since the commissioning of the 350 MW direct current boiler equipped with the ZGM95G-Ⅱtype medium-speed coal mill at Chengde Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,the unit has frequently encountered issues such as insufficient output,mill blockages,and clogged pulverized coal pipes.Analysis indicates that the varying coal qualities require different amounts of air for the complete release of volatile matter.Insufficient primary air volume results in mill blockages and clogged pulverized coal pipes.The primary method to improve the economic efficiency and stability of the medium-speed coal mill operation is to control a reasonable air-coal ratio.
