摘　　要：水土流失是指在水流作用下,土壤被侵蚀、搬运和沉淀的整个过程.水土流失预防,是指为防止水土流失发生、发展,预先采取的各项工程、植物和耕作措施以及行政、法制、经济等管理手段的总称.结合房地产项目实例,重点对在房建施工过程中水土流失防治责任范围、防治目标及措施布设等方面进行论述,通过水土流失防治措施,达到施工质量安全双优目标.Soil erosion refers to the entire process of soil erosion,transportation,and sedimentation under the action of water flow.Soil erosion prevention refers to the collective term for various engineering,plant and cultivation measures,as well as administrative,legal,and economic management measures taken in advance to prevent the occurrence and development of soil erosion.This article combines real estate project examples and focuses on discussing the scope of responsibility,goals,and measures for soil erosion prevention and control during the construction process.Through soil erosion prevention and control measures,the goal of achieving dual advantages in construction quality and safety is achieved.
