低能电子束辐射固化过程温度效应及后固化研究

摘  要:实验对低能电子束单面辐射碳纤维/环氧树脂基复合材料固化过程中的温度效应进行了研究.结果表明:低能电子束辐射固化温度较低,基本保持在室温,没有热效应,即使采用250 kGy辐射剂量辐射时,复合材料的表面温度只有43.1℃,造成复合材料的固化度和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)都比较低;当对复合材料进行电子束辐射后再进行加热后固化处理,其固化度及玻璃化转变温度(Tg)提高效果显著.The temperature effect during the curing process of low energy electron beam single-sided radiation carbon fiber/epoxy resin based composite materials was studied experimentally.The results show that the low energy electron beam radiation curing temperature is relatively low,basically maintained at room temperature,with no thermal effect.Even when the radiation dose reaches 250kGy,the surface temperature of the composite material is only 43.1℃,resulting in lower curing degree and glass transition temperature of the composite material;After heating and curing treatment of electron beam radiation composite materials,the curing degree and glass transition temperature of the composite materials were significantly improved.
