摘 要:高层房屋建筑已成为城市发展的重要标志,但在施工过程中面临诸多问题,为满足城市化发展需求,还需加大对现代化技术手段的应用力度,旨在解决高层建筑施工过程中遇到的技术难题,提高施工效率,降低施工成本,并确保建筑物的结构安全和使用功能。同时,采用文献综述、案例分析等方法,分析高层建筑施工技术的实际应用和效果,采用先进的地基处理技术、高效的主体结构施工方法、绿色施工技术和严格的安全管理措施,显著提高高层建筑施工的效率和质量。High rise buildings have become an important symbol of urban development,but they face many problems during the construction process.In order to meet the needs of urbanization,it is necessary to increase the application of modern technological means.This study aims to solve the technical problems encountered in the construction process of high-rise buildings,improve construction efficiency,reduce construction costs,and ensure the structural safety and functional use of buildings.At the same time,literature review,case analysis and other methods are used to analyze the practical application and effects of high-rise building construction technology.Advanced foundation treatment technology,efficient main structure construction methods,green construction technology,and strict safety management measures are adopted to significantly improve the efficiency and quality of high-rise building construction.
